Reason:  It has happened that a reply was sent from ecocentrewicklow  (using the 'reply' option) but it 'bounced back' as it could not 'be delivered', which seems to suggest that the fault is perhaps with the original sender's email. If we have no other information from the sender, (such as phone or postal address), unfortunately we have no means of contact.
